Rain and all my first experience was great!

Friday, July 2nd, 2010

I really enjoyed by time, meeting new people and selling a little bit of art, in the Pearl at First Thursday even though it was raining.  Thank goodness that Oregonians know they wont melt!  Tonight I will be in Oregon City on Main Street doing a demo and enjoying music and hoping for sunshine!   Come out and say hi if you like. Cheers!

Another class from Linda Womack

Friday, May 1st, 2009

My friend, Virginia and I just took an evening workshop from Linda Womack.  We learned the crackle method, it was way frickin’ cool.  Both Virginia and i are really excited to incorporate that technique into our work.  Linda is a wonderful teacher and I highly recommend anyone who wants to learn about encaustic painting & techniques to take her classes.

Doin’ stuff

Saturday, January 12th, 2008

It’s Friday night and we are hangin’ out in the kitchen having fun talking and eating. Wendy and Virginia are here working on web stuff. Bill just came home and will be off to his hockey game at 11:05pm. He is crazy! Virginia told us that there is a yellow lab, Bailey, who is looking for a home. Who knows, one of us might have a new family member.
